1. Introduction

Welcome to YEOLIX. By accessing or using our WhatsApp Cloud API platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Platform Description

YEOLIX is a technology platform that enables businesses to connect their own WhatsApp Business Accounts using Meta’s official WhatsApp Cloud API. The platform provides messaging tools, automation, analytics, and campaign management without owning or controlling customer WhatsApp accounts.

3. Embedded Signup & Account Ownership

YEOLIX uses Meta’s Embedded Signup flow to allow clients to securely connect their own Meta Business Account, WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), phone number, and billing profile directly with Meta.

  • Clients retain full ownership of their Meta Business Account and WhatsApp number.
  • All WhatsApp message charges are billed directly by Meta to the client.
  • YEOLIX does not resell WhatsApp messaging or act as a billing intermediary.

4. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must represent a legally registered business entity.
  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date business information.

5. WhatsApp & Meta Policy Compliance

Users must comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies at all times, including but not limited to:

  • Obtaining explicit user opt-in before sending messages.
  • Using only approved message templates.
  • Avoiding spam, deceptive, or abusive content.
  • Providing clear opt-out mechanisms.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for all messages sent through your connected WhatsApp account.
  • You must ensure lawful use and data accuracy.
  • You must not misuse APIs or violate Meta platform rules.

7. Prohibited Use

  • Illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading activities.
  • Unsolicited or non-consensual messaging.
  • Violation of privacy, intellectual property, or consumer protection laws.
  • Restricted content such as adult or gambling material without required approvals.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

YEOLIX complies with the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023. Clients are responsible for collecting, processing, and storing end-user data in compliance with applicable laws and Meta policies.

9. Pricing & Billing

  • WhatsApp conversation charges are applied directly by Meta.
  • YEOLIX may charge separate platform or subscription fees.
  • Failure to pay platform fees may result in service suspension.

10. Suspension & Termination

YEOLIX reserves the right to suspend or terminate platform access if users violate these terms, Meta policies, or applicable laws. WhatsApp account enforcement actions remain under Meta’s control.

11. Limitation of Liability

YEOLIX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including account restrictions or suspensions imposed by Meta.

12. Service Availability

YEOLIX aims to provide high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime caused by Meta systems, force majeure, or external factors is beyond our control.

13. Modifications

YEOLIX may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall be Kolkata, West Bengal.
